outgoing messages contain html
code
all messages I send from my android phone using outlook are received with
code through out. If I use gmail account this doesn't happen, only when using the exchange server and Outlook. My IT dept can't figure it out, nor can the carrier, Sprint. I've tried everything including deleting the email account and reinstalling it, battery change, etc. Any suggestions?

It occurs everytime I send out emails from the Epic. Any one I send a new email, reply, or forward to from the epic gets the
's, regardless of what system they are using or receiving my emails on. What's owa? I'm not techie enough to know how to change the email app that sends it, if in fact you can. But I do know I don't want to transfer it to word each time, if that's what you're suggesting. But I have tried gmail, and it doesn't happen when sending via gmail. The phone is charging now and I'll check the firmware after it finishes, but I'm almost certain it's the latest.CB

Hi Does it occur on special one or all the android users? Do you try to send email by owa? As far as I know, it is design issue. Some software will transfer tag to
tag. You can do one easy test. You can copy your email paragraph from outlook to word. You will find
tag is created automatically.
